What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, property address, the services you want, preferred days, notes, and any photo you attach. If you call or text us, we have your number and the conversation, like anyone you text. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) to run and protect the site. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site today; if that ever changes for our own ads, we'll update this page first.

How we use it

To answer your quote request, schedule and perform your service, send your receipt, and — if you're a past customer — occasionally remind you when a service is due again. By submitting the quote form you agree we may call or text you about your quote; reply STOP to any text and we won't text again.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, for any reason. We share it only with the service providers who make the site run (hosting, form delivery, and notification services), who process it on our behalf, and when the law genuinely requires it.

Photos of our work

We photograph work areas before, during, and after service for documentation. We only use job photos in marketing with your consent, and we never include faces, house numbers, or anything identifying.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep customer records while you're a customer and for our business records afterward. Want your information deleted or want to see what we have? Text or email us (below) and we'll take care of it — California residents have these rights by law, and we extend them to everyone. We'll never treat you differently for asking.

The technical fine print

• Your data is stored with Cloudflare (our host) in the United States, encrypted in transit.
• We honor deletion requests; some records (like receipts) may be retained where the law requires.
• Our site doesn't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals — there's nothing tracking you for it to turn off.
• Our services are for homeowners; we don't knowingly collect information from children.
• If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
